Just rude and no one was here . Spoke to person called out no one answered.

The dining experience was fantastic, and the vegetarian options were simply superb!

A staff member noticed my sister and me for no apparent reason while we were sitting quietly and simply said hello. The manager found our discomfort amusing, but nothing changed.

I walked in and was immediately asked for my order, but the staff didn’t even look up from their tasks. I placed my order for a foot-long sharp Italian on Italian crimped bread with cheese. I tried to engage with the worker by asking how her day was going, but she just mumbled that she had provolone cheese. When she asked if I wanted it roasted, I clearly said no, but she ignored me and went ahead with her preparations. I couldn’t believe it—who wants a roasted sandwich with warm peppers and salami? It was ridiculous. I felt like I was wasting my money on a sandwich I didn’t even order, and it turned out terrible.

The staff was very rude and wore no uniforms and the lobby was a chaos.
