Contribuisci feedbackThin crust was a hard paper crust. Regular crust was soggy. I had great hopes that this place was better on the basis of the situation, but I was disappointed. You should have kept the old low prices if the pizza was still missing quality. When employees cook the pizza, changes must be done.
(Order 1141518) Date :11-19-2022 @8pm Phenomenal Customer Service! After work last night and a young checkout under the name Adrian R. took my order. A guy came in while I waited and he cut in front of each in the line and said he had a door-to-door order to lift... To my surprise, the cashier was super professional and informed the door shy person that he will help him in picking up as soon as he is in the line! Very friendly and pleasant young man! This checkout will definitely be 100% somewhere in life!
They are always fast and eating well, but this last time the deep dish tasted like soap in the pan. So rough.
If it is a delivery, the staff does not even know their own orders well enough to transfer the order to the driver for delivery. In the 2 years I have lived and ordered from here, they have my delivery order up to 2-3 times correct. There's always something wrong or missing. I called to let them know and apparently they can't train their employees right now. That or management doesn't know what they're doing. Should no longer be paid that $7,50/h for the lack of basic knowledge for a basic job. People make mistakes I understand, places are busy I know. But not for two straight years.
I ordered 2 pizzas, (pep and sausage, and 1/2 pep/ cheesy bread. This was the last place I used my credit card. Well two days later, I got 2 charges for over $120. Coincidence, idk, I can't prove it, but not cool at all!!!
