Food and service at Potbelly's is always great, I really love the atmosphere at this location. Food always tastes fresh and they have something for everyone (including cookies).

Excellent food at a very good price, especially for the national harbor area.

The avo turkey and broccoli cheddar soup was fantastic! Great location for our conference at the Gaylord.

I visited this establishment on the 28th of December. During the evening. My wife was disrespected by the server. I asked to speak to the manager and he was no help either. It is a way to conduct customer service and they were very unprofessional The service was horrible the manager and the server needs customer service training. When do you tell the customer quote: I AINT READY FOR YOU YET) and said it with an attitude.

Not a bad place for a cheap lunch. Food was good and the service was friendly.
