I got a gift card for $30 and then I got a free 6 inch for buying the gift card. Then turned around and used the gift card for me to do the buy 2 get 1 free. Man I feel like I got lunch or dinner for two days on $18 ain't bad
Good customer service. And suggested me through out the order to make a delicious sandwich. Store was well maintained and friendly employees.
Most of the notable problems stem from difficult customers who can be demanding or rude. **Pros:** The food quality is great, and the staff is generally friendly—except when certain customers let their behavior take a turn for the worse. They accept card payments, which is a plus in this area, as well as NFC and QR payments. I believe they also offer Wi-Fi, and they have a broader selection of toppings, drinks, and chips than what is indicated on the app or website. **Cons:** The location is somewhat cramped, making it hard to hear what the staff say at times. I would really appreciate it if staff members with beards wore beard nets or similar masks. I did notice a customer express concern about staff handling food after handling cash, but they promptly changed their gloves after the comment. **Oddity:** I love ordering a foot-long Spicy Italian sandwich for $5.95, but then sometimes it goes on sale for $6.00 as part of a national promotion. Quite puzzling! **November 2017 Update:** After trying out Subway in NYC and comparing it to this location, I've decided to change my review to five stars. I now understand the staff better—there's one guy who initially seemed unfriendly but is actually quite nice—and they have addressed a few minor issues I had. Overall, the quality remains consistently good.
When will Google add a zero-star option? The one star I'm giving this place is far too generous. The person who assembled our sandwiches had a terrible attitude, was stingy with the toppings, and completely ignored our requests. We ended up with the wrong toppings, got charged incorrectly, and paid an extra $20 for two combo meals—seriously?! When we brought up the pricing issue, he suddenly pretended not to understand English, only to insult us in Farsi afterward. It's frustrating to be treated with such disdain in my own neighborhood, as if I have no other choices. Just a reminder: there are over 50 Subway locations within a five-mile radius of yours. Guess which one I won't be visiting again?
I ordered through DoorDash, and when my order arrived, it was missing an item. Instead of acknowledging it as a mix-up, the person I spoke to claimed that I had only paid for the items that were delivered. They insisted that my receipt didn't matter and that nothing could be done about it. To make matters worse, they rudely hung up on me while I was still speaking. I would rate that person 0 out of 5.
