Contribuisci feedbackThis is the worst 7-11 on the planet! They have absolutely nothing in terms of hot food ever! They blast brain numbing music to the point that you can't hear a word the cashier is saying to you. This place needs to be shut down once and for all. Everyone needs to make a formal complaint to their corporate offices and make sure that if this disaster is to stay open than every single employee there needs to be fired immediately. I have never ever in my life ever witnessed such lazy employees who have absolutely zero regard for their customers. It is disgraceful! Shut this location down or hire people who actually have a work ethic!!!
I ordered a reeces on Sunday. there is no chocolate. it's not history. no peanut butter cup. not three. I'm sure it's nuts. no edible butter
I've held off doing this for years but this morning was the last straw. The service is the absolute WORST service I've ever seen at a Dunkin Donuts/coffee related shop. Time after time they screw up orders. For literally years, but I keep going back because it's the only Dunkin that's on the way to work. You can put an order in on the app literally 15 mins before arrival and there's a 50/50 chance it's not ready...and I'm talking cold brew with a espresso shot, my order every day. The (mostly) women behind the counter just chuckle, move slow as molasses and screw up orders. It's pathetic.
By far the worst Dunkin I've been to, and I love my coffee. I ordered a Pumpkin Creme Cold Brew. When I go to pick up, I am told they are out of cold brew and out of the creme topping and instead they're going to give me a regular coffee. When I start to get upset, they just say oh well we are out. Donuts were stale and not fresh. Avoid at all costs
Meh. The ice cream was standard fare for my kid, but when my wife got charged for the cup, she noticed she was charged incorrectly because the price was higher than the advertised price on the display on the counter in the shop. The employee said that the promotion was over, but would get a manager to make the adjustment and honor the price. When the manager changed it and walked away, she heard them say something very rudly to the effect of, well she saved a whole twenty cents, I hope she 's happy. It dosen 't matter if she saved twenty cents or twenty dollars. She 's not there for the rude comments or opinions of someone with a bad attitude, she 's there for ice cream for our son. We will not be going back here again.
