I really enjoyed the convenience of ordering and paying for my food over the phone. The food was delicious and arrived promptly. The frozen drinks were refreshing and perfect for a hot day.
I typically don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled to share our terrible experience to spare others from going through the same thing. Upon our arrival, we quickly placed our drink orders, but after an hour and a half, we still hadn’t received anything to drink. Our reservation only allotted us two hours at the table, which made it even more frustrating. As for the food, it was subpar—Applebee's serves better quality. The restaurant was extremely crowded, with people without reservations just seating themselves wherever they pleased. Overall, I won’t be going back to Coopers Bluff.
I never write reviews, but I don't want anyone else to suffer the same terrible experience we all had. When we arrived, we immediately placed our drink order. After half an hour, we had no drinks. Our reservation only allowed us two hours at the table. Regarding food, Applebee serves better food than what they gave us. The place was packed and people sat without reservations only wherever they wanted. Overall, I will not return to Cooper's Bluff.
