Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Ozark

Wanted all dark meat was told I couldn’t have all dark ! Every time I come they always give it to me until now . Very rude.

This restaurant is one of the slowest in town. The customer service is terrible, whether you're inside, calling on the phone, or using the drive-thru. If you try to speak with someone over the phone, they often treat you like you're clueless. Ordering food, whether at the drive-thru or in person, guarantees at least a 15-minute wait, and nothing seems to be prepared in advance! If you request a spicy chicken sandwich or fried chicken, be ready to wait at least 15 minutes, as the sandwich patties are frozen and the fried chicken is seldom ready. This location really lacks effective leadership, and the staff would benefit from proper training.

What even was that??? I felt like I didn't even exist. I was there 24 mins to pick up a mobile order of one meal!

To my surprise, I discovered that I was charged double—$10 for each side when they should have only been $5. The manager refunded me $5, and when I checked the receipt before leaving, I noticed I was charged $10 for the one side, so I went back in to request the additional $5. It wasn't until I returned home for the second time that I realized I should have asked for another $5 back for the first side's overcharge. It's baffling how I was overcharged so much, but I will say the manager was friendly and didn’t put up a fight.

Stopped here on the way back home to Florida from Missouri on July 4th. Wow where do I start? Super clean bathrooms! Dining room was very clean. My food was fresh and delicious.
