Contribuisci feedbackWe were very in the ocean basket filials we visited in the last months from kapstadt to knysna from food quality to unfriendly service, but was pleasantly surprised by this industry. our waiter was very friendly and attentive and eating was also good. well made at the pair of filiale and keep them the great service.
Food was good. We come here at least once a month and is always enjoyable. I would have scored it 4 or 5 stars, but the waitress really was a disappointment. She brought the wrong food for my wife, but instead of apologizing and fixing the problem, she disputed that my wife ordered wrong. We go often and have never had this issue. Next time If the service is better which it usually is, I will change my score
Ordered on uber eats. Platter was burned and no dip sauces. They try to hide it by turning the burned side downwards but I could smell how badly burned it was and tasted horrible. Highly disappointed. Logged a complaint but two days past without anyone contacting me.
Worst experience ever with my wife's birthday Waiter was not friendly, didn't attend to our needs. Chating with other staff when she's taking our order at the table. My wife who was the birthday girl, had to drink out of a broken glass. Waiter didn't explain the menu in a friendly decently way for us to decide what we can choose The shusi platter for 2 was dry and not tasty. I told the waiter we weren't happy with the service and food... She just walk away and go finish her conversation with her Co workers. There was a point I wanted to stand up and walk but couldn't spoil the birthday girls evening. That's why i decided to stay. I think if they had good management this would be happening. Worst experience ever..
So far i have read through the reviews and how poor it is for a business not to respond to bad reviews. This made me change my rating from a 5 star to a bland 1 star. I have great respect for a business who take their reviews seriously because this is a opportunity for them to grow even more and if you can respond properly to crit means you have no regard for the people you serve and that you do not see fault within your management and that your not willing to improve. That is even way worse. So until you decide to up your service quality for now my rating will be 1.
