Chick-fil-a - Pace

The restaurant is very conservative with their sauce portions. I ordered 4 sandwiches and 5 large fries, and asked for extra sauce. They only gave me 3 packets of Polynesian sauce and 3 packets of Chick-fil-A sauce, so not everyone in my group could enjoy their food with sauce. The grilled chicken was quite thin, and they did not provide any sauce packets for them either. Whataburger offers a better grilled chicken sandwich in comparison.

The inside of the restaurant is quiet, but the drive-thru is busy. There are only two other people inside besides me - another Doordasher. No one has made eye contact or spoken to either of us. Is this a common occurrence? I feel very out of place here. I have never experienced this at a Chick-fil-A before. It's kind of strange.

They have always been outstanding but, they're slipping. The first time I've ever been unsatisfied with the food. The fries were cold. Plus, I asked if they had strawberry lemonade and they did. It was really bad and apparently, is not an option with themeal. I was charged an additional 68¢ for the lemonade and strawberries. If you're going to upcharge, you should have let meknow and it should actually be worth it.

The service at this restaurant is exceptional and the food is outstanding. However, prices are starting to become a bit high. My family used to have weekly family nights here, but we had to cut back to twice a month due to the cost. A meal for a family of four can cost around $50 if everyone orders a full meal.
