South Market Pace

Casual atmosphere for lunch or dinner. has a bar for seating and large wooden stands (up to 8 seats) and tables for 2-4. Good is always well prepared. I would give it 5 stars if they had a vegan option on the menu. More of us avoid meat and milk and adding a vegan option that changes weekly than a special one would be great! I'd go more often. Now I eat a salad while my friends have their meat option.

Restaurant was not super busy and there was a selection of three choices for Valentine's Day. Their cocktails are amazing and we enjoyed the appetizers...lovely steak with Gouda on toastrunden. All three have ordered the steak. The pages, Brussels sprouts and potatoes were excellent. Unfortunately, all three of our steaks were boiled by a good amount of medium rarely was moderately good, and medium had not even a strip of pink. I want to love this restaurant. It has a different ambience and a wonderful addition to the limited restaurants in Pace. I had some amazing meals there, but also some disappointments especially with beef. I hope they will become more consistent in the Entree preparation, but I would recommend this restaurant. The service is always very good.

The food wasn't hot as plate should be cold. My men weren't much better, just not too impressed. I'm sure we'll try again, but this time disappointing.

I tried to order the pork ribeye ad was told they were out. It was Saturday at 6:30 p.m. My appetizer of chicken Florentine flatbread was cold. My daughter had ordered grilled chicken fingers. They were dry and unseasoned served with potato chips. I had the steak chimichurri, which was actually good. The decor was moderately interesting. One bright spot was my waiter Aaron, he was very nice...

They didnt have my open table reservation when I showed up and attempted to turn my party away until seeing my confirmation. I felt like the hostess was attempting to tell me I had the wrong location even though it said PACE. I then waited for 30 for a table to free up. What I found most interesting is they made me wait while having a ton of free tables and a bunch of people standing around. Once we got to the table, the lady that served us was nice. Maintaining a restaurant in Milton/Pace is difficult. I have watched plenty come and go. Maybe focus on customer service a little more.
