Dynasty Chinese - Pacific Grove

12/7/2020 (Middle: First visit to this restaurant. I ordered: Almond chicken combination Bao (Pork stems) The rice was delicious and was a medium rice variety. It had red onions, peas, carrots and egg. The vegetables in the dishes were fresh and the chow My noodles were perfectly cooked, and not overhauled/boiled and muddy as many restaurants seem to serve. The egg roll and the Bao were just fine, seemed almost prefabricated and packed. 12/8/2020 (Dinner : I decided to taste the restaurant for our family. We ordered: Foo Young Mongolian Beef Combination Chow My combination baked rice Cashew Chicken The rice was different than when I tried the day before, it was a typical rice grain length vs the shorter cereal version I had the day before lunch. The shorter cereal version was so much better. It seemed to keep the “footed” much better. The rice we have tonight was a long grain and had not the red onion. It was good, like the Chow Mein. The chow my noodles were softer than at noon only slightly overcooked. The Mongolian beef has a nice crust on it and was nicely served, and the Cashew chicken was great! We were very disappointed by the Eifoo boy. First it was made before your order. Secondly, it tasted as if they had used packed patties that were fried to order. The “Grotte” is not a typical brown sauce that could normally be found, but a mixture of vegetables and mushrooms that might be made differently, based on a region in China. The Egg Foo Young was extremely understated and was unusable. We put it in our air rack and then in our convection oven. It was impossible, but not good. The meal, overall was really salt, but served cakes hot and still good. Would I order again? Yes and no. I think if it was the rice or Chow My, then yes. Both the almond chicken and the cashew chicken were good because the vegetables were fresh and the chicken was also. From now on, this would be the dishes I would order. They were really good, well prepared and they were served hot and fresh! I wish there were more homemade and fresh options. I also want to try this restaurant to Covid again, as I know that many restaurants had to fight and cut some corners. Third order: FANTASTIC! Rice was amazingly loaded and nicely roasted. The Cashew chicken was delicious (again for the third time, and we also ordered the General Tso chicken. Note: Bring it home and put it in your air shelf when you get out. The steam will make it soft when you travel so fry it on when you are home beautiful and crispy. I think it depends on who cooks your food and what you order here. We have our favorites now, so I will order them. You should try this place if you don't have it.

We ordered over the phone and picked up our food about 10min later. We ordered: cashew chicken, sweet and sour chicken, potstickers and fried rice. The service was great and when we got home we were very surprised at how large the portions were! The food was fresh and the veggies were all cooked perfectly!! None of the dishes we ordered had a greasy texture and the fried rice was delicious, not heavy at all!! We were wonderfully surprised as this was our first time ordering from here. I would say that this restaurant has high quality food, quick service and is worth the price!

I regret going past this place as many times. Dynasty is far above the other Chinese place recommended to us when we first moved here. The staff is amazingly friendly and the restaurant itself is beautiful. The food is always fast and WILL exceeds your expectations. Make yourself a favor and try Dynasty at least once.

Eating is always fast and lunch is amazing. For just $8 you can get a soup, fried rice and duck plus two fried cantons. I'm always here for a quick bite when I visit Chinese food.

We visited this restaurant after it was suggested by a friend and immediately regretted not going here earlier. These are the best Chinese that we have been able to find since the arrival in California and the service is just as good as the food. Styling on the inside is intense, but in a good way. If you are looking for atmosphere, good food and good service, come to Dynasty. Dready underestimated restaurant.
