This store is owed and ran by a couple. The man is great. The lady is terrible. She’s rude and always ignorant. She’ll hang up on you when she gets frustrated (which she’s shown to be very easily get frustrated). She doesn’t try to listen or understand even though the customers try very hard for her. She shouldn’t be interacting with customers. Very sad because their food is great, but she makes it not worth even giving them my money when it’s time after time of being treated less than. In Pacific we have no other choice. Food is not bad, but the restaurant is dirty as all get out. Wheelchair accessibility: Not very, you will need a helper to get in the door. Had to wait 1/2 hour and my sweet sour pork was cooked to long. Were some so hard I couldn't eat them. I love Chinese food but I won't go back there. It's the only Chinese food place here.
