Contribuisci feedbackBeen here a lot. Always 1 employee slaving away, never seen 2 people working here. Girl last night 5/12/22 said she was new only there a couple days. She gave the most exemplary service I have ever received at this location. The other workers I usually deal with are lifted elevated etc...they always say they are out of everything or try to force political views on me so it was nice to have an intelligent person working this last visit.Give that new girl a raise because she definitely out performed any employee I 've ever encountered at this location. 5 stars for the new girl. 2.5 stars for the franchise owner of this location because sub-par is generally the standard here...fyi everyoneFyi been going here atleast 1 time a week for 6 months, always on different days and like I said I 've never had awesome service until yesterday
Hello management! Please repair the card machine so that I can leave a tip using my card. It is your responsibility to ensure that your employees receive tips through all payment methods. You owe it to them. Please do your job, management! The employees are all fantastic, but I feel bad that I am unable to tip them unless I have cash.
Walked in to the empty subway, was rudely told you need to put on a mask , turned around and walked out. Gladly took my business next door to the teriyaki joint where they do not act like the mask police.
The oven does not work. Also they don't know how to fulfill online orders, or set up their systems. They dont make the melts, or many of the things that the website offers online. Its a bit of a joke.
The woman working at the counter was talking on her phone with a Bluetooth headset for 5 minutes before she noticed me waiting. When I tried to order a footlong tuna sandwich on wheat, she said they didn't have enough tuna for a footlong sub. This was at 11:00. It seemed like she didn't want to be there. I ended up leaving without ordering anything, feeling like my lunch break was wasted.
