Domino's Pizza - Pacifica

Fast and friendly service. The specials are great with carry out for a large 3 topping 7.99 and medium 2 topping for 5.99.

I get pizza at this branch all the time and it's usually decent. This was horrible This time miniscule amounts of cheese and toppings overcooked hard crust. I was really hungry so I ate it anyway but it was nasty

Always make a great pizza here and fast service too!

What really frustrated me, though, was the app. I ordered through the app to track my order, and they offer a deal where if you don’t receive your pizza within two minutes of when the app says it’s ready, you get a free pizza on your next order. So, when the app indicated my pizza was ready, I clicked check-in, but an error message kept popping up. My boyfriend then went to pick up the pizza and was told it would be "two more minutes." By that point, six minutes had passed, and we ended up with an undercooked pizza. Plus, there was no way for me to claim the free pizza deal since the app now showed that we had picked up the order. So, overall, it was a mixed experience.

I received an incomplete order and called the restaurant to let them know. They said they would send the driver back with the missing items. However, after two hours, no one showed up. I called the restaurant again, but no one answered, and I ended up waiting on hold for 30 minutes. This is the second time I've had issues with my order; the last time everything was incorrect, and I had to ask my bank to reverse the charge. It seems like I might have to do that again.
