Shampa's Pies - Pacifica

On a spur-of-the-moment decision, my wife and I happened to stroll by and noticed their sign. We both couldn’t resist trying a pie, and we added two cookies as a bonus. It was amazing—the treats were absolutely delicious! We will certainly be back for more. Their hospitality was fantastic too!

Not fans. Pie crust was gooey. And my chocolate chip cookie had no chocolate. Bummer.

We also appreciated that Shampa's Pies proudly displays the Progress Pride flag outside their establishment. Even though my friend and I aren't part of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, seeing that symbol made us feel even more happy to support this local business. Our picnic was delightful, featuring bánh mì from Dinosaurs and, of course, the amazing pies. However, it was the charming owners of Shampa's that truly made our day special.

The chocolate chip cookies are the best I've ever had! The pies are excellent as well—make sure to try them all and find your favorite!

Shampa's Pies is without a doubt my favorite bakery in all of San Francisco and Pacifica. I have yet to try a single pie from Shampa's that I did not love. Their sweet potato pie specifically is life changing (and my personal favorite) and the strawberry rhubarb is amazing as well. Every time I bring pies from Shampas home to my family, they are gone by the end of the day. Whenever I stop by, either at a farmer's market or their storefront in Pacifica, their employees are always incredibly kind and helpful, and will walk you through any and all questions you may have about their goods, including questions regarding dietary restrictions, the sourcing of their ingredients, the baking method, or simply which samples are available that day. I would highly recommend stopping by Shampa's Pies and supporting a family owned business, their products are not only delicious, but are evidently made with so much care and passion.
