McDonald's - Padstow

Busy restaurant. Was packed when we arrived. We ordered and took a seat. The Duty Manager noticed we were seated but did not yet have food. He immediately filled our order and delivered it to the table, followed a short time later by our coffee. He was incredibly helpful and polite. He was later observed cleaning and emptying bins. Obviously takes a lot of pride in his restaurant. The queue was quickly served and the restaurant tidied and cleaned. A real pleasure. Woul;d definitely go back.

Manager and staff very friendly and always smile...and don't get angry if you want your food ordered fresh....and when you ask for a coffee made always fresh... very good customer service.

This restaurant has a clean and friendly atmosphere with efficient staff. They offer the full McDonald's menu and their drive-through service is quick and friendly.

Ordered a SOY iced latte due to dietary needs and was given full cream milk which later made me sick. Very angry with drive thru barista
