We haven't went to a IHOP in forever. Due to the IHOP in Utah which we came from after the whole covid pandemic etc went completely down hill. And I get it but back to THIS IHOP. We got there around 8 and I was surprised to find how clean it was, friendly, neat it was. Waited like 1 minute before we got seated. Coffee was egh okay. Watery but it could have been the last of the last idk. But aside from that the waiter was super friendly. Food came out right away. Food was delicious. You always have to get hot sauce to put in just about everything to make it taste even better. Stayed there past 9 and then they started getting busier. But forsure will return in the future.Parking: Plenty of parking. Which is always a plus. Not narrow either so easy to backup and take off

Had my dad order the new Knuckle's Chicken Sandwich, and he came home with completely different dishes for an expensive price.

The people serving us were patient and kind. We had a whole bunch of band kids. I think around 50 and they were able to get us our food and us checked out in under and 2 hours.

Matthew was very kind to me on the phone just now about my doordash order. He even promised me extra sprinkles! What a great guy!
