Kfc - Paducah

I ordered crispy chicken but received one piece that was crispy and two that tasted old and original. The chicken was almost undercooked, and the tea tasted like I had drunk water straight from the Ohio River.

I tried to order an 8-piece meal, but the first person I spoke to told me it would only include wings unless I wanted to wait for a full cook. When I agreed to wait, a woman came on the headset and said they didn’t have any chicken in the restaurant. I've never heard of a KFC running out of chicken!

I was really disappointed to find that they were out of both mac and cheese and popcorn chicken. The DoorDash driver was told that they had run out of mac and cheese since 6 PM. It seems like poor management to be out of a main menu item before dinner service even ends. I wish I could be compensated for this experience.

This is the best place to enjoy fresh, high-quality food. I've never encountered cold or dry dishes here. The staff is very friendly, and they can accommodate you even if you come in at the last minute for graduation.

I had the worst experience of my life at the Lone-Eichen-Shop and I will never return. However, Jackson Street made up for it with their friendly and quick service. They sincerely apologized for the mistakes made by the other location, which were not their fault. Jackson Street has definitely earned my business. Unfortunately, I will never patronize Lone-Eichen again, even though I live right next door and love KFC. I would rather drive across the city than go there.
