The new black woman working the morning shift is a welcome change from the former grumpy employees at the register! It shows that management is paying attention to customer service and hospitality!

This McAlister's location is always fantastic. Their baked potatoes, known as "spuds," are consistently a favorite with our family. The Spudmax is a massive potato, perfectly baked and topped with chicken, ham, bacon, chives, cheese, black olives, sour cream, and butter—definitely our family favorite! On Tuesdays and Saturdays, kids eat for just 99 cents, which is a great deal. Their tea and lemonade are also excellent. If you're not in the mood for potatoes, they offer a satisfying soup and sandwich menu. Like many other places, they have faced challenges with employee retention, but the management does an excellent job of scheduling their hours and rotating staff. We rarely have to wait for our delicious meals. Great job, McAlister's on Hinkleville Rd!

While the change in operating hours isn't ideal, the food remains excellent. They offer genuine salads here, providing great value for your money. The Chicken Tortilla is consistently outstanding. This restaurant is reasonably priced and features a unique atomic-themed décor. The quality is always fresh and delicious.

First time here and love it. The staff is super nice and the food is amazing.

This restaurant is conveniently located to the Interstate. Food was fresh and yummy. I ate the Southwest Chicken Avocado salad. It was huge! Lots of other options if you’re not a salad eater. Restaurant was clean, including restrooms.
