Parking: 2 large lots with a total of about 35 spots to park at.Kid-friendliness: Nice inside play area.Wheelchair accessibility: Right at main entrance with 4 or 5 handicap spots.
We took the grandkids 6,5,3 year old, since their mother was a no show. We come to McDonald's so the kids don't feel bad about not getting parenting time, we she don't come get them for their visit. The play place was closed for cleaning, which was ok..as they were told they had to eat first. They ate everything. The food was good and promptly brought to our table as I ordered through the app. We waited over an hour so the kids could play for a little while. I understand it has to be cleaned and I'm glad McDonald's cleans it. But since the cleaning was already in progress when we arrived, we waited over an hour. Difficult to wait with 3 little people ready to get in there. Not to sound bad, but the young man cleaning was on his cell phone often. We left with three disappointed children, the 3 year old was crying, the 5 year old was mad the rest of the day, and a not so happy grandma. So 2 disappointments that morning for them. With a promise to come back another day.Parking: Parking is not a problemKid-friendliness: Not so well for the children as they really wanted in the play place.Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp with someone to help open the 2 sets of doors to get inside
Wonderful customer service, only McDonalds in Paducah that I know will always have the Frappe machine working. Karen the manager , is so nice and friendly. Jackson Str is my favorite McDonalds in Paducah!
While the employees were friendly, that does not excuse what has happened. I am highly allergic to onions so i ordered a double cheeseburger no onions. I opened it and checked the bun as always and saw no signs of any. but when i took a bite my mouth was on fire and my throat and tongue swelling and itching. In between the two hamburger patties was STUFFED FULL of onions. More than what i would see on a regular burger. None i could see, but it earned me a trip to the hospital. The phones were unhooked or something, i tried calling several times and it wouldnt even ring.
