Rocket Fired Pizza - Paducah

This restaurant is my favorite pizza place! If you go to the counter, get your crust mine is gluten-free cauliflower crust and it is delicious. If you go down the line, choose your sauce (mine is sweet Marinara). Next, pick up your cheese, meat, vegetables and all the additional sauces (min is garlic butter) and I top off my pizza with the mozzarella beads! They also have lunch specials and additional items on their menu, but I love this pizza so much that I have never tried anything. Maybe next time!

Great friendly service, affordable prices unique ingredients. I went there for lunch and got the unlimited toppings with sweet sauce and cauliflower crust! You have guaranteed a variety of crust sauces and toppings to please the most picky food! Absolutely a must try!

Incredible thin-crust pizza! They truly understand what makes a great pizza! They even shared their cooking process with us. You get to witness the entire pizza-making process from start to finish!

What a fantastic little pizza spot! I had lunch there today, and it was excellent. You can create your own pizza, choosing everything from the crust to the sauce, meats, cheese, and toppings. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was cool, and the pizza was delicious.

The pizza was excellent, with a wide variety of topping and crust options. However, it was a bit difficult to hear the staff on the other side of the counter, which I've seen mentioned in other reviews. I couldn't make out what they were saying due to some kids being quite loud. Overall, it was a quick and enjoyable choice for a casual date night.
