Contribuisci feedbackToday, I visited Sonic at 4:13 PM. I ordered 2 Route 44 Root Beers. While my credit card was being processed, I tasted them both. One tasted good, but the other did not. When the server, Danyelle, returned, I explained the issue to her. She seemed confused as she said I had ordered 2 cokes and 2 root beers on her tablet. I asked if I could exchange the drink for a root beer, but she gave me a strange look and took my cup. She returned with a new drink and abruptly left.
I always enjoy sonic, although for this place twice for my oncle with which I was driving, they made a command wrong. he got a double speckkäse, salat, tomaten and mayo only, for the first time they have added ketchup and senf. when we informed them, the replacement they brought was correct, but they added no bacon. so it's kind of sucking, but everything was still delicious, so, no reason to boycott her or something.
Good food, good prices. Very clean and in good shape
This is my go-to spot for everything. I adore the staff here, especially Natasha. I frequent this place so often that she knows my order without me even having to say it. She is a valuable asset to the team! I also appreciate the friendly demeanor of the rest of the staff. And I really enjoy using the app to take advantage of happy hour specials every day.
We went to the restaurant and waited for 30 minutes despite the 30-minute sign. We called to inquire about our order and were informed that we had not placed one for stall 14. When we placed our order, the staff member was very discourteous. We ordered three simple dishes, a Route 44 drink, and a medium drink. Despite the lack of customers, with only 4-6 cars in the parking lot, the service was slow and disappointing. I would not recommend this Sonic location.
