Taco Bell - Paducah

After a long day at work, I decided to stop by the drive-thru for a quick meal. I attempted to order a Nachos Bell Grande and a Crispy Taco Supreme, but the gentleman at the window abruptly informed me that they don’t sell crispy tacos—only crunchy tacos, as it clearly states on the screen. I found his tone to be quite disrespectful towards customers. Because of this experience, I've decided to take my business elsewhere—perhaps to Del Taco, Taco John’s, or anywhere but Taco Bell. It’s unfortunate, as this interaction really soured my evening. Customer service training is essential, and if I managed a business, such sarcasm would not be tolerated. Thank you for ruining my night! By the way, this incident occurred at the Taco Bell located in Kentucky Oaks Mall, Paducah.

My order was wrong. The crunchy tacos were just filled with meat, and the burritos were cold. It was a complete disappointment, especially since I usually enjoy Taco Bell.

I visit this restaurant regularly, and they always go out of their way to accommodate my unusual requests, making everything fantastic! The sweet note they left made my night—thank you, Big Trin!

Good place for Doritos Tacos and Cinnabon Delights, along with other cheap Mexican-inspired items.

Pathetic. I said what i wanted in the drive thru. Once i got to the window. I made sure everything i odered was correct. They said yes. Once i got my food, everything was wrong. I said no lettuce on everything 4 times. And i ended up having lettuce oneverything. I like tacos but this has happened the past 3 time. How hard is it to not put lettuce on something when someone askgor it to be left off. Pathetic. Every single time they mess up. Oh and after intold the at the window no lettuce on everything, they still did it. To hell with this place. How hard is it really
