They had no soy milk to make my latte with whereas they are located within Safeway store full of soy milks.

Went there twice and both experiences have been terrible. First I ordered a triple espresso and they gave me a single espresso. The second time I ordered an oatmilk shaken espresso with brown sugar, they were out of oatmilk so I opted for almond milk, but the flavor is so bad and tastes nothing like what I have tried anywhere else, they didn’t shake the coffee and added way too much cinnamon, I had to throw the coffee away.

Management 0 out of 10 and the girl who worked on 3/10/24 at around 2pm is 10 out of 10!!! Having about 20 people in the line to order and about 10 people waiting for all their drinks, she was the only one to go out of her way to make everyone happy and receive their drinks asap! Shame on the management of this location to have one person handle such busy place.
