We've been coming to Pagosa for a few years now and decided to try a new place. Very disappointed in our food. The Bison burger was very dry and overcooked. The regular burger was just okay. The elk sausage was pretty good. The cocktails were the best thing we had with our dinner. We really wanted to like it since there aren't a ton of restaurants in Pagosa. Hopefully things will improve. PS. They do offer a gluten free bun. Not sure about cross contamination. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

When you first walk through the entrance you walk through a small butcher shop with many different types for meat. The prices looked fair. Then you walk to the back part of the shop and there is the restraunt. We were a little hesitant at first but we were all glad we stayed. The food was amazing and the staff was great.
