The Peak Deli - Pagosa Springs

Incredible sandwich! We stopped here for lunch before embarking on a backpacking trip in the area. We enjoyed it so much that we wanted to return three days later on our way back down, but unfortunately, they were closed on Sunday. The food was fantastic, and I definitely plan to visit Pagosa again next time!

I discovered this restaurant near the hot springs and it did not disappoint. It had excellent reviews, so I decided to order a sandwich. I had the Wolf Creek sandwich with some modifications and also the Country Style Breakfast. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. If you're in Pagosa Springs, this place is a must-visit. I'm looking forward to grabbing another sandwich before I leave town tomorrow. Thank you for a fantastic meal!

This is a charming local deli that's easy to find when you're in downtown. The staff is fantastic! Kendra at the front provides excellent customer service. The food was delicious! After trying a ZubeFizz, I was tempted to buy a whole box. Andy, the owner, was there and offered to make me a special deal. He was friendly and enjoyed chatting with us. He works downstairs and has created some amazing sandwiches. My friends and I had a wonderful time here, and we definitely plan to return on our next visit to Pagosa!

My husband, mother-in-law, child and I traveled from Texas. Our station was the Hot Springs and took a lunch break at Peak deli. The best hot sandwiches and soup! My husband and I had the southwest sandwich on gluten-free bread and her chicken soup. We didn't know they closed for 10 minutes, but we ate fast and really enjoyed the food! Will definitely be back

Fantastic! My 88 year old mother and I had lunch. Both of us had Philly sandwiches. The sandwich was very tasty; in fact, my mother said it was the best tasting sandwich she's ever eaten. Besides having great food, the staff and owner were very pleasant and friendly.
