The Rose - Pagosa Springs

I'm pretty fast. Had to wait in the cold for 20 minutes before a table was finished. It was pretty crowded. Our server, Hayden did a good job. Good presentation of our entrees. My Pagosa (French Toast) Toast was immersed in pancake mix. Hot chocolate and an amazing amount of whipped cream.

Breakfast here is fantastic! My husband had the giant breakfast Burrito I had a Veggie Omelette. The Burrito is definitely gigantic and the green chili is really good, too hot for me but he loves it. The Omelette was also great, good food here!

Eating was so good I felt the need to review that I do not often. Hash Browns, eggs, biscuits Gravy, chocolate milk, it was all a masterpiece. Also many other options if you want something sweet or maybe even lunch. Service was excellent. Quiet, juicy and absolutely lovable. Only feedback would need a quiet music to enjoy in the background.

We love this breakfast look!! The food was legit, the service was a repulsion to the 70s, and the atmosphere was laid back. Recommend 100% disfruta/enjoy!

Very cute small spot to get a tasty breakfast while you're in pagosa springs. Was recommended by another guest at the hotel we stayed at and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend the giant breakfast burrito!
