Mcdonald's - Pahrump

The restaurant has a playground, making it a great spot to enjoy some food while letting the kids play. The place is clean, with excellent customer service. While I'm not a huge fan of the self-service screens, there was always someone available to assist.

Parking: Conveniently located near the store. Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp for easy access. Dietary restrictions: They offer vegan and gluten-free options.

This was my WORST experience at McDonald’s. Service was HORRIBLE. This girl was rushing the boy to send out my things. Then a big lady came to hand me my food and tried to give it to me all at once were I can barley hold it and I’m trying to check to see if I have everything I ordered. She had the audacity to tell me to move forward while I was trying to hurry up and check my bag. I told her I’m checking to see if everything was here. She told me that they have a 2 min wait time and they will get into trouble. I came home to give my dad his food and it was so messy and gross. Ketchup all over the bun. The cheese burger that came with the happy meal was smashed and looked messy. Also gave the wrong drink.

Can never get an order correct, no receipt so you can't get a refund when they get it wrong. We ordered 3 hamburgers, fries and a chocolate shake. We got chocolate milk, 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, and a cheese burger.Y'all bypass this place and go to Arby's!!

Burger is completely raw and cold. Management was no help, wouldnt even give a name. If I get sick I'm sueing. Idk what's going in here but I'm making corporate complaint. To many bad reviews and bad experiences for this place not to be reviewed by corporate. Completely disgusting. Worst mcdonald's in Nevada.
