Thai Coconut Bay - Pahrump

Initially, I found the food to be excellent, with the spicy shrimp and mushroom soup being my favorite dish. However, after my last two orders, I endured three hours of gastrointestinal discomfort, leading me to wonder if this is what irritable bowel syndrome feels like. I'm not allergic to shrimp, so I can only assume the soup was the culprit. It seems they may need to enhance their sanitation practices or rethink their seafood suppliers. I would have happily given them five stars, but unfortunately, I won't be returning.
