Just go to this street: 19.3417081, 98.4488702 and follow it until the end to the right, follow the small road until you reach Gypsysoul. It is located in a beautiful garden with Thai style small pavilions, where you are served by Jojo, a friendly and friendly former yacht cook that serves excellent and spirit blown dishes. These dishes differ from the other vegan meals in Pai and will make you feel like a millionaire in a 5-star restaurant. She is exceptionally good in what she does if you want a special experience, we really recommend this place! Jojo also has a large inflatable pool and there is a Thai lady who offers very cheap massages! You can also enjoy a beautiful sunset on the roof. What are you waiting for?
Jojo worked as a private chef on a private yacht, showcasing their talent for creating inventive new flavors and combinations. Their food was some of the most interesting, delicious, and healthy I have ever eaten. I enjoyed a baked sweet potato with balsamic ginger Asian glaze, along with rice and salad dressed in a flavorful Asian fusion dressing. My friend had a dish flavored with smoked coconut flakes that was divine. The desserts of caramel tahini cheesecake and waffle with ice cream, lychee strawberry jam, and tahini-cooked bananas were also incredible. Everything was vegan, perfectly flavored, and delicious, with a wide variety of aromas present in every dish. The hot chocolate was particularly outstanding, featuring homemade tahini chocolate fudge. Jojo's cooking felt like a dining experience in a luxurious 5-star Thai jungle bamboo villa. They were a friendly and warm host, making our meal even more enjoyable. We couldn't wait to return before leaving Pai, and when we did, we were treated to vegan fajitas, baked eggplant reminiscent of Italian eggplant parmigiana, hot chocolate, and a chocolate hazelnut bar. Once again, everything was amazing. Jojo's cooking truly is exceptional!
