This is a fantastic restaurant run by fantastic people. They push the envelope with their flavors and succeed in wonderful but surprising ways. We will definitely be back next time we are in Maui. We stayed all the way over in West Maui, and made the worthwhile drive anyway. We will be recommending this place to all friends and family who may be visiting. This isn't just a meal, but an entire experience. We have been traveling on Maui for a few weeks now and had some amazing food, but nothing compares to this. The service was exceptional, down to earth and we enjoyed the meal and great conversation with the owner (and chef)! If you want a meal experience to remember, don't think about it and just book nyloS. You won't regret it.

We were thrilled to get a reservation for this wonderful experience. our very high expectations were exceeded in every sight. the food was wonderful and we both lubricated so many amazing and new aromes. we will not miss this on our next trip.
