Uptown - Paia

We almost walked past this place, but I'm so glad we didn't! The service and food were both quick and amazing. The outdoor seating area has a really great atmosphere and cool music too!

A hidden gem located near the Post Office in Paia. The chicken kebabs are delicious, and the salads are incredibly fresh. The peaceful atmosphere adds to the experience. It's a wonderful discovery!

This is an amazing restaurant with delicious food! The Margherita pizza was fantastic, and the grilled vegetables were outstanding as well. I highly recommend it!

This place is as cool as it is delicious! Sandwiches, flatbread pizzas, salads, and kabobs at reasonable prices-esp after a week of resort eating. Friendly service, and an awesome outdoor space with seating, shade, lawn games, and a fun vibe. Very close to free parking on the edge of town, or an easy walk from downtown Pā’ia. The menu is well-rounded with locally sourced produce, beer, non-alcoholic drinks, and has several veggie/vegan options. We had the Pā’ia Pork pizza and it was fresh, hot, and fabulous! HIGHLY recommend!

Super tasty thing crust pizza with superb quality ingredients. After 2 months on the island and daily eating out experience the Maui Rosted Bistro immediately came to our attention. After 25 years rs of foddie live in San Francisco we were so excited to stumble upon a pizza truck located across the street from the Post Office in the super cool Paia town. We tried potato pizza. It was awesome! Simple. Full of flavor. Mouth watering goodness. Margareta was all about delicious tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella! Great find!
