Mckenzie's Restaurant Bar - Paihia

Leoni was very professional and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend her as a great waitress. My guest asked another waitress for some bread, as she is accustomed to having this with her food in Switzerland but the response was that the kitchen was too busy for a slice of bread. This was the only disappointment of an otherwise outstanding dining experience

A great way to treat ourselves after our sailing adventures in the Bay of Islands! Fantastic staff We requested a seat by the aquarium, and had a lot of fun watching the fish swim by. Amazing food, our server Lisa helped suggest great dishes a wine pairing from near one of the islands we had visited earlier in the day very special. Enjoyed reading about the history at the front of the menu also. Thanks team!

This restaurant is one of my favourite views to eat at, the seating tables goes right out onto the water and is so beautiful for brunch lunch! At night the fairy lights also make it a stunning dinner spot too. The menu has limited options but are all tasty

My wife and I called in for lunch after a mornings excursion after arriving at the bay on the QE our waitress Leoni was absolutely terrific and made us feel really welcome and looked after all our needs the food was terrific and very good value washed down with some of the house bubbles the music was very cool and gave a great vibe to the place and finally the views are just to die for !

It was a wonderful experience. Our waiter Brooke made it easy to order and she was great with our 3 kids. The kids loved there desserts and looking at the fish tank was fun. Thanks again for a lovely dinner Brooke.
