Always treats us well management takes care of my father and I is definitely a small town mcds

Staff are polite and the food quality is good. The only drawback is how busy this location is, but that cannot be helped when the dining room is closed.

I hear every morning at the Painesville McDonald's by throwing the trip to the coffee every morning, the cashier who takes my payment on the ride threw that I see there every morning, is the most pleasant and happy person, always greet me and make me a little better about my trip to work, I just want to say she is an AWSOME person!!! Thank you.
