Papa Johns Pizza - Painesville

I ordered a pizza today (June 15) and about five minutes later, I received a call from Papa John's notifying me that there was a delay in delivery. The employee was very friendly and professional. While I wasn't thrilled about the delay, she thanked me for my understanding. This was the first time my order had ever been delayed, and I was impressed by the professionalism of this store. No other pizza company has ever reached out to inform me about a delay on an order, so I want to extend my gratitude to the employee for making me feel valued as a customer!

I work with door locks and Grubhub, and the team here is consistently professional and friendly. They always make you feel like part of the family.

Hands down the best location in Lake County. Orders from here are always fresh and hot. The staff is just as large as I can execute or send the order... Thx PappaJohns!

Excellent store! Great customer service. Fast and on time. Wish they some cheaper pizza specials for single person households but you get what you pay for! Delicious!
