Starbucks - Painesville

As a recommendation, it's best to go directly into the store to place your order, as the drive-thru line can often be quite long. There's a small terrace in front of the store, and the interior is your typical Starbucks ambiance.

This special location is somehow frustrating because they turn off the things on the app they actually have [like all not milk and matcha for weeks at a time]. They also do not answer the phone late at night in the hour before they close. It's okay if you go there and order what you want, but it's not great if you want points, but someone else pick up your order. We had to make things new, but they mean it well and do it again when we ask. Baristas are very friendly.

This is a lovely Starbucks. It likely has the friendliest staff I've encountered so far. The wonderful barista I spoke with asked me right away if I wanted a recommendation, which was a first for me, and I really appreciated it. They even have small plants on the windowsill, which is a charming touch. Details matter to me, and that was a delightful addition. My mocha coffee was made to perfection; I could really use another one in my life right away!

I'm from North Carolina, but I stopped here in Ohio to visit my mother. The staff were very friendly, and I’m not sure who helped me fix my latte to get my little app stars, but they were amazing. It made my day before a 9-hour drive much better!

This Starbucks has the absolute nicest lady ever working the drive thru. Short hair and glasses, did not get her name unfortunately. But just a really sweet lady who made our road trip home just a little bit nicer!
