East End Pizza - Paintsville

East end pizza is the best place for a large pizza, at a small price. I and my family have been eating there for years. the owners are local and two of the best people they can meet. that the only place I eat pizza, and will always be the only place. you should try.

I'm really disappointed with this restaurant's service. It's a shame that they would rather lose a customer than resolve a $12 order mistake that was their fault. The staff was rude and misleading, and they sent the wrong item. If they had a better grasp of good business practices, they would acknowledge the issue and either fix it or issue a refund. I'll be sharing my experience with friends, family, and on social media, especially since they mistreated a girl scout and refused to rectify the situation when it was their employee's error. They really need to make things right. This place is not what it used to be a few years ago, and it's truly disappointing. What a shame for them.

The dining experience is always exceptional, and the restaurant is impeccably clean. I absolutely love it! The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. They serve the best bean soup in the area.

My partner and I have been ordering from East End for over a year and have always been pleased with the food and service. However, last week we had a disappointing experience. I ordered a chicken sandwich, but they sent me grilled chicken instead of crispy. Additionally, we ordered onion rings and only received 5 rings in each bag!
