Giovanni's Pizza - Paintsville

The food is terrible,the owner/cashier is extremely rude,and the place is just nasty.Do not waste your time and money.

I'm not sure when or why Giovanni changed the Pfefferschokolade, but I had a pizza today and the Pfefferschokolade was bland! Additionally, the peppers were very sparse; there was hardly any on the pizza, and we had to search for them. We were quite disappointed.

Not everyone can order online, and I struggled to place my order over the phone. I was put on hold so many times that it became frustrating. The new ownership has not made a good impression on me. After finally giving up on my order, I chose to call a different pizza place instead. It seems like nothing has improved, and I am very disappointed. I won't be trying to order from them again.

The restaurant has recently been renovated and is very clean, offering delicious food made from high-quality ingredients. You can expect freshly prepared dishes that don’t have that unpleasant pre-made taste. It’s no wonder they’ve been one of the best in the area for so many years!

The pizza is delicious.
