Cheese slice was missing in the burger even tho it was showing clearly on the menu and receipt. Plus loaded fries were cold as ice.

I asked for a paneer wrap but got chicken wrap instead, I am a vegetarian and getting chicken instead of paneer was a waste of money for me as I was not able to eat it for my lunch.

I am giving a poor rating for the service I received at this restaurant. I placed an order for myself and my coworkers at the office through Uber Eats. We waited for over 1 hour and 15 minutes without receiving any updates from either Uber Eats or the restaurant. The delivery driver informed us that he never received our order. The restaurant initially claimed they were unaware of the order, but then said it was ready and waiting for pickup. This review reflects poorly on both Uber Eats and the restaurant. I will not be ordering from them in the future.

I have never been more embarrassed for the staff at this restaurant in my life. I used to work here over a year ago, and ever since I left for a better paying job, I have received the worst customer service imaginable whenever I come in. The workers are snide and claim to have pictures of a supposed mess I left behind, but when asked for proof, they refuse to show it because it supposedly cannot be on their phone. They slam trays down on the table without even saying "enjoy your meal," and it is not difficult to show respect to customers. It seems like they are treating me poorly just because I left over a year ago. It is clear that the grown adults working here have nothing better to do. I have had multiple instances of terrible service here, but if the staff wants to act that way and lose customers, that is on them. There were lies spread about me to the staff, and they were not allowed to speak to me, only to take my order.

The chicken was served in the center of a tray covered in chilli sauce, and unfortunately it was returned because it was inedible. There was no refund offered. After one bite, I started to feel unwell. It was not a pleasant experience. The staff, while young, were polite but seemed unsure of how to handle the returned food. It felt like the dish was served on a plastic tray.
