Two weeks running going to bed hungry after a long days work I will be instructing the company I work for to look for alternatives now as nothing is ever resolved all that happens is some half ar*ed fake apology on here
Staying at the adjoined Premier Inn and (foolishly) didn't book a table when I checked in. Booked later on and there was a slight wait for a table which is just testament to how busy these guys get, and rightly so. Staff lovely and cheerful (Mhairi and Shannon were fantastic, working in the same trade it's so cool to see people who actually care about customer service and aren't just in it for a stopgap job), food arrived quickly and was way beyond what I was expecting. Some places feel a bit awkward if you're travelling solo, but the hospitality made it feel pretty homely. Really great all-round. Glad I'm here for another few days! Thank you!
Stay here a lot for work and get meal deal included , had steak pie and gravy , as there was only about 2 table spoons in the little jug so asked if I could have more , at the end they charged £1.79 for extra gravy what a liberty staff didn't Evan tell me it would be extra when I asked , very poor service
Having had dinner at the Holiday Inn Express several times and it was awful thought we would walk over and try Thyme. Big mistake. Horrible boil in the bag or the usual heat it and eat food. Got a table at the window so it was good to watch the kitchen staff nip out for a quick cig. Wonder if they wash their hands after
Food was lovely and good value for money. Kids meals also good value. Best option is to book the meal deal well worth it
