Cuevas De Ajuy - Pájara

The waiter placed us at an empty table and handed us the menu. After a few minutes, another waitress arrived and yelled at us, that the table is reserved (there was no sign on it and as I said the other waiter placed us there) and that we should leave. So we left and we will surely never return to such an unfriendly place. Even one star is too much for this „experience“.

Restaurante con buena apariencia. Pero las apariencias engañan. Pedimos dos cañas y una Coca Cola y nos las traen. Tras 40 minutos esperando nos cogen la comanda. A lo que respondemos que debemos marcharnos ya que no podemos esperar más tiempo. La camarera, una persona con muy poca profesionalidad, nos pide de malas formas, nueve euros. La caña nos la cobra a 3 euros y la Coca Cola a 3 euros. Le pedimos ver la carta de precios y nos indica que no dispone de una. Evita este sitio si estás en Ajuy. Poca profesionalidad y pésima atención al cliente. Terraza enorme con multitud de mesas pero carencias en el personal. Muchas ganas de hacer dinero pero pocas por dar una buena atención al cliente. Good looking restaurant. But appearances are deceiving. We ask for two beers and a Coca Cola and they bring them to us. After 40 minutes waiting, they take our order. To which we reply that we must leave as we cannot wait any longer. The waitress, a person with very little professionalism, rudely asks us for nine euros. The beer is charged at 3 euros and the Coca Cola at 3 euros. We ask her to see the price list and she tells us that she doesn't have one. Avoid this place if you are in Ajuy. Unprofessional and lousy customer service. Huge terrace with a multitude of tables but lack of staff. A lot of desire to make money but none to give good customer service.

Visited after a trip to the caves. Wish we had driven elsewhere!! Staff were so rude almost throwing the plates, drinks and bill at our table. Food was mediocre. Cold spaghetti and the calamari was mean for the price. Last trip to this place and certainly wouldn't recommend

Good view of the beach, and an Initially friendly welcome from one waiter, but otherwise really disappointing. Can’t comment fully on food as after waiting over 30 minutes for someone to come and take our order, I was shouted at by the waitress when I finally asked politely if we could order as we’d been waiting a while. So we left. In the meantime we’d been served some stale bread and some soft drinks which came to over 30 euros. Felt rather ripped off. Not a good experience.

¡Cuídate! ¡Mira! Ten cuidado con el personal que es muy peligroso... corres el riesgo de cansarte de reír... esa hermosa gente del bar... Me reí mil millones de veces con los puntos que mi colega tenía... que casi se cargaba un poco con la emoción... la comida muy buena, pedimos al chico frito y a la morena frita... buah... después de los postres de la casa y los tragos de anís con sus dos grandes caricias. Es OBLIGATE VISIT Y todo lo que puedes estar bien... empezó a brillar y abrirnos una sombrilla y luego se fue de una mesa y nos transformó en un área que corría menos viento... un resplandor de bar... ¡Un abrazo a todos los que nos asistieron!
