Arby's - Palatine

Arby's has successfully maintained its consistency while also reinventing itself. It's definitely worth the trip every time!

I had one of the best drive-thru experiences in a long time! Chris was fantastic, and the food was excellent. I requested some sauce on the side to try, and it was no problem at all. The Prime Rib Cheesesteak was delicious, and my classics had plenty of beef on the bun, making for a wonderful experience. This guy deserves a raise for his outstanding customer service. Great job! Plus, there was no wait at the drive-thru, and my food was served hot.

The manager at the window was fantastic! We ordered just some snack fries for my girls, and she generously gave them Happy Meal toys and made a fresh batch of fries, then brought them out to us herself. Thank you for the amazing service! The kids were so happy. I wish more people like her worked in fast food. Just to clarify, this review is for Arby's on Rand Rd in Arlington Heights. For some reason, I couldn't leave a review directly for them.

While the drive-thru staff do their best to assist you, I've still had issues with incorrect orders and items being forgotten. It's clear this location needs staff who are genuinely interested in their work and committed to doing a good job. This place used to be great until about two years ago, and since then, I’ve had nothing but problems. I think I’ll stick to the Arby's in Arlington Heights from now on.

The double of the arbys is sometimes hit or measured for me, sometimes it is great, sometimes not after my taste. the one complaining I have is every time I have ordered, I knitterfries to get home and there are curly fries, not good to come home and find the wrong fries, happened twice last two commands, no matter what,
