Dunkin' - Palatka

The store was dirty and not very inviting but the customer service and the coffee were excellent. Considering I was just getting it for takeout I guess the cleanliness of the stores no big deal. It's not a place I would want to bring people to visit though. Just pick up stuff and go.

Their shift leader is sick she coughing towards the food .. she rude un pleasantDoesn't greet her customers.. i mean the owners don't even greet their customers...... we are reason why you guys have a job the rest of the employees are great I go there alot.

Average Dunkin' nothing fancy. No super nice employees or a super clean place. Just an average DD.

I want to say, as a local resident of palatka fl, I support this Dunkins'. They work hard for us, to make sure our food is given to us fast. They ALWAYS have fresh donuts and coffee. They bake the donuts fresh every morning. The hot food is always fresh and cooked right, and the people are always positive and happy to help. I don't go to any other Dunkins. I love that they care about their customers. If they do get something wrong, (it happens to the best of us) they promptly fix it no problem. You just cannot beat the positivity, fresh food, and humbleness of this place. It's the best one in this area. I won't be going anywhere else because they give the best service.Vegetarian options: You can get avocado toast, bagel minis, and more!!!Dietary restrictions: You can choose from non dairy, vegan and many other dietary options which are clearly stated and easy to find and read!Parking: There is plenty of places to park. It's a free flowing design so the drive thru does not affect the customers entering and leaving.Kid-friendliness: Its kid friendly with many of the employees having children of their own. Kids are always welcome there.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility with a ramp on the side entrance and no steps or barriers to access the front door.

This is the WORST Dunkin Donut EVER, customer service is non existent. The manager (Honeycutt) is NOT a role model and her attitude leaves a lot to be desired. The owners need to reevaluate WHO hands they are entrusting their BRAND and company's reputation. Sustainability is important and heavily depends on customer satisfaction.
