Wendy's - Palatka

The Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger is absolutely delicious! However, the sugar cookie was overbaked and quite dry.

The crispy chicken sandwich was tough; both the bread and the meat were hard. I was only expecting the crunch from the lettuce, not from the entire sandwich! Wendy's, you need to improve—my fries were cold. The only things that were good were my lemonade and nuggets.

I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo but received the wrong order. Instead of the spicy sandwich, I got a regular chicken sandwich loaded with mayonnaise. They also put BBQ sauce on it when I specifically asked for ranch, and I received an extra drink when I only ordered one. The fries were not fresh and were slightly undercooked, making them soggy.

Didnt get my drink, fries where over cooked and burger was old.

Quicker service at the drive-thru and budget-friendly.
