Il posto dove ti senti a casa. I proprietari sono avvicinabili e ti fanno sentire come grandi amici. Il cibo è eccellente e molto fresco. Vai lì a sederti a mangiare e non te ne andresti mai. We met Melo and Mimma because their restaurant was right below where we were staying. I have to say objectively that from the outside he didn't inspire me but you should never judge by appearances. And in fact, thanks to them, we got to know the real Palermo to eat. In the evening we decided with them on the next day's menu and so we discovered several local recipes. Pasta with sardines, seafood, broccoli, carbonara, fish such as mackerel, swordfish, prawn fritters, mixed fried fish and much more. All cooked with very little seasoning and balanced in salt and very digestible. Then when Melo brought us the first receipt with the bill my eyes widened and from there I understood their honesty and desire to build customer loyalty.
