Little Caesars Pizza - Palestine

On the other day a young lady is in there, she has a mouth on her, she is more concerned about her than the customer she likes to hear very dismaying to talk, the rest of the staff never had a problem with them, it is too hot out of the kitchen to find another job

We called to order pizza here and place our order so we didn't have to wait, and when we got there, the doors of the restaurant were worked and they didn't let anyone in! We drove this way and they didn't even mention it on the phone. They wouldn't give us our order, and we had to wait more time to place another order somewhere else, because they refused to give us our food. Very badly treated.

The food is something of the best value, but the quality is quite inconsistent. We love the special/promotional pizzas! Customer service is fine. Again, great value we literally pickup dinner from this place every other week.

Very short staff and longer than normal waiting times for custom pizza. I love their contactless pickup options

Went to the Palestine store on Friday August 26, 2022 and when we got there at 4:10pm there were no pizzas in the boxes and there was 15 people inside waiting before we even got there. There was 3 workers in the back and two other workers(not sure if they were managers or not) outside by the door smoking. Not once did these two outside go back in and help out. They just left when they were through smoking. We finally got our order but we waited 15 minutes. Back in my day everybody would have stayed until all orders were completed.
