Peach Street Distillers - PALISADE

Tall tables with stools, no backrests to hang a jacket. But the most comfortable. But good drinks.

While we were dining, we were watching the Nuggets game on our phone. Not even making you much noise at all, the rude bartender named Sarah, told us to be quiet and to stop watching the game. After saying that we dining patrons and that we will continue watching the game, she replied incredibly rudely to “go watch the game somewhere else”.I am not usually compelled to write reviewsC but felt the need to comment on this. As someone who has worked in customer service for years on end, this was by far the rudest and most obliviously ridiculous customer service encounter I have ever experienced.You do not ever tell a guest what they should or should not be doing and especially not in a rude manner like she did. I would strongly reconsider who you have serving alcoholic beverages behind the bar, as that is the face of the restaurant. I can assure you we will never return and it is 100% because of this rude, unprofessional individual.

So it had been 3-4years since I had been here alot has changed. The menu is amazing. As far as being a pub restaurant it's a whole aesthetic. Nothing like good pizza and beer (alot of people don't know Ska Brew and Palisade Distillery are sisters) had a Italian valian, a pinstripe and a euphoria amazing beer as well as amazing gin. Had the Little Billy amazing pizza. Nothing beats pizza and beer. Throw in a free toast and you have magic.

Came here as my husband had seen Peach St reviewed well for Bourbon. He's currently enjoying his Old Fashioned out front in the sun. It's been a great penultimate stop on an epic road trip. I'm the designated driver, but the food was fresh and lovely. And there is a bottle of 5 year single barrel Colorado straight bourbon coming home to the south of England with us! We'll raise a glass to Peach Street when we get home :

Come for the distillery, enjoy a great Old Fashioned, eat well, and leave with an excellent bottle of bourbon. Highly recommended!
