The 9w Market - Palisades

After our meal, we ordered pumpkin cheesecake. While dividing the slice into three pieces, I was shocked to find a long blonde hair in it. Yuck! When I informed the manager, she apologized and refunded my money. I suggested that the cheesecake should be removed from the shelf. As I was leaving, I looked back at the fridge and was horrified to see a staff member putting the cheesecake back inside. When they noticed I was watching, they just exchanged glances with each other. This was incredibly disrespectful and disgusting towards customers. Such behavior is unacceptable. How can they not be aware of this?

A favorite pit stop for bicycle riders along 9W, this place gets really busy early morning hours, because of all the bikers stopping by. They have indoor and outdoor seatings, serving bakery goods, breakfast, deli goods, pizza and lobster rolls. Thebakery items are really impressive, well made bread, croissants, cupcakes, cookies, pastries, and many more items. To me theirbakery is the best among all the things they sell. We tried some of their breakfast items. Its mostly eggs, bread and saladstyle dishes. They are made well and served within a decent time. The lobster rolls are pricey for their quality, but they aregood! It's nice place to hangout with f&f in nice summer days, to enjoy some good meal.

I can’t believe how incredible and beautiful this place is! After hiking at Tallman Mountain, I stumbled upon this charming spot and I'm so glad I did! WOW! The lobster roll is absolutely delicious, the service is fantastic, and it’s dog-friendly too. There are so many options on the menu that I know I’ll have to return several times to try everything. I wholeheartedly recommend it and can't wait to come back and bring my friends!

The staff was friendly, and I’m very grateful for the cups of ice and the opportunity to use a power outlet. I stopped here to recharge my e-bike and phone batteries. Although I didn’t buy any food (everything looked delicious), I had already eaten breakfast and lunch during my journey. I paused here while riding my e-bike from the Bronx to the Governor Cuomo Bridge.

We love it here! The food is always great, staff is friendly and knows our usual order by heart. They have a variety of breakfast sandwiches, baked goods (scones and muffins), and after morning they have other foods too but we haven't eaten duringmid-day or later yet. We usually come here for the bikes and breakfast meetup every month, or to get together before heading outfor a drive. Dog friendly and kid friendly, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.
