Usually, I do not give corporate/franchise restaurants no more than three stars unless they go above and beyond the call. However, there is something unique about this Chili 's that makes it stand out. Firstly, where it is located, it is actually the best option when compared to other corporate/franchise restaurants in the area, especially those similar to them (Applebee 's for example). Secondly, their drinks are actually top notch. Maybe the bartender isn 't flashy but whoever it is, knows what they are doing. Now we got the minute details on why I am giving this restaurant more than three stars, let 's get to the girth of the review. This Chili 's is located on the southwest corner of the Palm Bay Rd. and Babcock St. intersection. The building is typical Chili 's design and decor meaning if you 've been to one before, you know what it looks like. My dad and I got our seats in a booth very quickly and ordered our food. I got the silver patron margharita to be paired with the Pick-2 fajitas of chicken and shrimp. My dad got a barbeque ribs plate with elote corn, butter bread, fries, and other fixins '. As mentioned earlier, the margarhita was top notch and very delicious. The food it was paired with was very good too. I finished everything and did not leave any leftovers. My dad liked his food too but he is an old man so he has to eat slowly. On a sidenote, the food was priced between $10 to $20 on average and restrooms were okay. Overall, a solid experience at Chili 's one that is far better than many other outings to restaurants of this nature. I wouldn 't mind going again if it came down to making a choice for this place. However, I would definitely choose something more local or exclusive over Chili 's if I could.

Brooklyn is the best waitress EVER! A warm smile every time we visit and I've never reached the bottom of a glass. Always feels like family!

When in doubt, Chili's it is. Always standard service and food. Tried the monthly margarita and it did what it needed to do! Sweet full of tequila! Had to have a balance so ordered chips and salsa with a Santa Fe salad! The salad was a great bang for your buck, but had dressing already tossed; Wish it came on the side instead. Guacamole was lacking in flavor, but was decent.

A funny thing is going on at Chili's, their chili sucks Now, the rest of the menu, including drinks desserts, is sometimes delicious Love their chicken tortilla soup, southwestern rolls are to die for. The drinks are sometimes 2 for 1 are always good. All in all, I love it there. The servers are usually pretty helpful efficient. It's not a noisy place unless there's a sports game on in the bar
