Maestro's Mexican Grille - Palm Bay

For an early mother? Lunch and it was fantastic! Food was amazing and service was great. Will definitely go back.

Update 5/5/19: I've visited this restaurant twice since my initial five-star review, and unfortunately, the service has been quite disappointing during both visits. I requested to speak with a manager, but they never arrived. Despite the restaurant not being overly busy, the service was lacking. On a positive note, the atmosphere is charming, and the bean dip served with salsa is absolutely fantastic! The food was great overall—I tried the three-item combination, and the ground beef was perfectly seasoned. However, I did notice that the fajitas didn’t come with cheese, and the steak could have used a bit more seasoning, although it was tender. Overall, a great dining experience at an excellent price!

I ordered the steak fajitas, and while the meat was a bit tough, it was still delicious. All the other dishes were excellent. The server could have checked in with us a bit sooner after our meal, but they were polite and friendly. I will definitely return!

We were welcomed immediately upon arrival. Our waiter was very attentive. The food was delicious. Salsa is made on site and served with freshly made hot chips. The black bean bath is also made on site and very tasty. My chimichanga was a generous part and the shredded chicken was moist and tasteful. The Loco Burrito of my companion was also amazing and crushed in cheese. Definitely will return.

This restaurant offers some of the best Mexican food I've had in quite some time! Each dish had its own distinct flavor, which is refreshing since, as a regular Mexican food lover, I've noticed that many places serve dishes that can taste similar. Everything was fresh, vibrant, and delicious. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, as well as very polite. I'm so glad we chose this spot for lunch today. I will definitely be returning!
